IT managers in hotels are those unsung heroes in a war.

They sit in a corner office and quietly manage the IT infrastructure which is critical for the functioning of a hotel.

Hotels acquire various software to manage their client facing operations.

However the internal IT operations are mostly manual and not much investments are made.

Sharing a url in its entirety can appear to be ugly and unaesthetic. Shortening the url will always make the overall content a lot more appealing.

A cloud based storage system is not optional any more and is vital to run well managed IT operations.

With a cloud file storage system in place you can store your menus to generate a link that will be used to generate a QR code.

In addition to that you can also use it to store important documents related to your organization.

As an administrator you can pick and choose which of the documents should be private and which ones should be public.
