We are thrilled to announce a new Geedesk feature that will give you more control over your SMS communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have launched the SMS Wallet, designed to manage your account’s SMS credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This feature allows you to manage and track your SMS credits effortlessly and purchase SMS credits whenever required. This will ensure you have sufficient credits to streamline your communication process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s Changing?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Previously our users did not have any control over SMS credits. However, to continue offering a high-quality service and to provide you with complete control over SMS, we have transitioned to a customer management credit system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that as a customer you purchase SMS credits within the Geedesk interface whenever required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This change will enable us to maintain and improve our service infrastructure, ensuring you receive the best possible experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To begin using the SMS Credits, simply log in to your account and navigate to the Admin<\/strong> section in the navigation bar, and click on Wallets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under Wallets, you can manage your SMS wallet and purchase additional SMS credits as and when required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe this update will significantly enhance your ability to manage your SMS communications effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
