As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding your information, Geedesk is implementing a crucial update to our password policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This change aims to enhance your security and ensure your data remains protected against evolving threats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s Changing?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Currently, Geedesk requires a password of a minimum 8 characters. While that is a good start, we\u2019re stepping ahead in protecting your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the coming weeks, we will update the password criteria to enhance account security and request your cooperation in protecting your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the update, all passwords must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Minimum of 10 characters<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. At least one uppercase letter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. At least one lowercase letter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 . At least one special character<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These new requirements align with the latest cybersecurity best practices, making your account more secure against potential threats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why the change?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Passwords are the first line of defense against cyberattacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weaker or shorter passwords make it easier for hackers to get access to your account which leads to manipulations or theft of data easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By increasing the length of passwords and making them more complex with special characters and different cases, we significantly enhance the security of your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This update makes it much harder for unauthorized users to gain access to your sensitive information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How To Update Your Password?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Updating your password on Geedesk is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to ensure your account meets the new security standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to Your Geedesk Account:<\/strong> Use your current credentials to access your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
